uh oh!!!

So I'm starting over again, a lot has been happening in my family which lead to me eating fast food for a good month from staying overnight in the hospital with a family member (Hospital had a 24hour subway) I love subway...

Anyways I'll post every week now and do videos everyday so you can watch my progress. I'll also post my meal plans and work-out schedule and I have a gym membership now, but for now I'll continue working out my Kinect ( which is godsend). not sure if I mentioned it before but they have free work outs for people.

So first I'm going to start out with a 6 month diet challange where I plan to lose 10 percent of my weight which is 20 pounds.......

I promise from now on I will keep this updated....

Greetings!!!

Hello, I'm just going to write a little bit about myself before I start my journey. As of right now I'm am 20 years old weighing in at 214 pounds. I started picking up weight during the summer of my 7th grade year. I went from a a 110 pound athletic girl to a 214 pound woman in 9 year span.  At first I wasn't worried, but soon it became out of control. I tried dieting, but of course I gained weight instead of losing it as I had planned. I've tried all those weight-loss pills, from Alli all the way to that coffee bean thing ( just so you know none worked). I'm currently starting my weight-loss journey over again and hopefully I will have some success this time around (if not I will have completely embarrassed myself online lol).
   My goal is to get down to a healthy weight range for my height (5'7) which would be between 121 to 153 lbs. which means I will have to lose 61 pounds!!! I know it doesn't seem like a lot when you look at it, but as I tell people gaining weight is the easiest thing you can do, but losing it is a whole 'nother ball game!.. I'm not sure if anyone will read this blog, but hoping to help other people who are struggling to diet, exercise and lose weight. I'll try to post every week on Friday's with updates of everything I've done for the week. (Please excuse grammar mistakes lol will attempt to edit)
